What Is The Cancellation Policy?
A minimum of 24 hours is required for all cancellations to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. To avoid a cancellation fee, please speak to a receptionist, leave a message on the salon’s voicemail or send us an email at sparksalon2022@gmail.com prior to the 24-hour time frame.
If the cancellation is made within the 24-hour period, the credit card on file will be charged. If you do not have a card attached to your account, the fee will be added to your next salon service.
What Are The Cancellation Fees?
Cancellations within 24 Hours: 50% of Full Service
No Show: 100% of Full Service
What is the Refund Policy?
Product Refunds: Refunds will be granted within two weeks of the original purchase.
Service Refunds: If you are unhappy with the service you received at Spark, redos will be scheduled and completed free of charge.
What Payment Types Are Accepted?
Amex, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, cash, and checks.
Can Gratuity Be Added To My Card?
Gratuity can not be added to your service ticket. If you would like to tip your stylist, cash, checks, and Venmo transactions are all appreciated! We are sorry for this inconvenience.
